I have seen that issue before Where the cotter pin Isnt in the slots on the castle nut on several vehicles it was the wrong Thickness Castle nut And people cheaped out and just put the cotter pin in anyways Seen it happe. Tp many times on CV axle Castle Nuts and the wheel on the customers vehicle went flying off after the hub got destroyed Matt Not Good at all Shoty Work there 12:00 @Diesel Creek

I know this comment is about four years too late, but that radiator/intercooler/condenser assembly is meant to come out as an assembly and split apart after it’s out of the vehicle. It is much easier to reassemble it that way. Great content as always sir.

I got some photographs of you and I plan on drawing you in the future. As far as your house goes I have some great ideas I know you had to design and everything, but you can count on me to give you the most bang for a design of your house. I think you are too have a porch run their entire length of the backside of the house overlooking the creek, including your master bedroom, your dining room, living room, and kitchen in most places that you spent a lot of time in and I think you also need to put stairs running from your porch down to your creek just think as your namesake of your show diesel Creek. You ought to have the best advantage overlooking the valley and your creek. also depends on how many square feet your house is going to be look forward to finding out in the upcoming shows. From my experience, that kind of sludgy buildup is par for the course inside these old engines. Working on changing my '02 WJ's 4.0 now, as it dropped piston #4's skirt into the oilpan.

I harken back to the movie Das Boot when the Germans were on the bottom with a dead engine and they got the thing to fire up.

I personally would get rid of these style of axle. Which is dangerous to change tire. Then it’s a big job to repair the brake shoe. Because the hub needs to come off for brake maintenance.

Matt all you need to do when your on your own is Slow down take your time there is another day tomorrow what you really need for most of your work is Haiab crane like the one on scrappy white truck also as most machines your working on make a small strong sizzerlift where you can move around the machinery to reach parts something like a motorbike lift for you to adjust hight your working on but about all just slow down you will find you will relax
